Covid-19 Protocols

 

We are working to the highest strictest to protect homeowners/ agents and also to protect our photographers.

 

Homeowners/ agents must support us with these protocols for mutual safety.

 

Photography will not be carried out in homes where an occupant is infected by Covid-19 or has symptoms. Nor will it be carried out where an occupant is self isolating having been in contact with someone who is infected. Property visits will only be carried out if the photographer is well & showing no signs of Covid-19.

 

For each appointment the photographer will be wearing PPE, a face mask, a fresh pair of disposable gloves and overshoes. They will also use anti viral hand sanitiser and disinfectant to wipe equipment before and after each appointment.

The photographer will avoid touching any surfaces including doorknobs and will work as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

 

Before the photographer enters the home all occupants, dogs and cats must vacate the property and stay out until the photographer has finished. All internal doors and side gates must be left open and the property suitably prepared. 

 

When booking the job the homeowner/ agent should ensure that the property has been prepared suitably for the visit and understands that it won’t be possible for the photographer to do any supplementary tidying. If you do not want an item in the shot it must be removed beforehand. The photographer will not move or touch anything, including bins.

 

If our photographer becomes aware of a significant breach such as someone re entering the property, they will abandon the shoot for everyone's safety.

 

Working to these strict procedures will protect all parties at these difficult times.
